How to use it

  1. Answer from the gut: the first answer that comes to you is the right one.
  2. There are no points and no leaderboard: the quiz only looks at what kind of player you are.
  3. At the end you get your profile and one thing worth training right now.
  4. If you want, download the result image and post it wherever you like.

Labels are not cages: almost everyone is a mix of two or three profiles, and the one that comes out only says where your playing leans today. Six months of focused practice can change it, which is exactly the point.

The real use is seeing what you are not training. Blues players usually know the neck in patches and improvise in the same two areas; fast players often have worse time than they think; rhythm players have great ears and few melodic ideas. The advice in your result aims straight at the likeliest hole.

Questions people ask

Does the quiz store my answers?

No. Everything stays in the page: no answer is sent or saved, and closing the tab leaves nothing behind.

Can I take it again?

As often as you like. If you answer from the gut twice, weeks apart, and get the same profile, that is who you are.

What do I do with the result?

Use it to choose what to practise now instead of practising a bit of everything. The result gives you the advice and the tool to train it with.
