1. About this service

Gianler is a private, self-hosted social media management tool used to publish and schedule Gianler's own original guitar and music content to its own connected social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. This document governs its use. It is a personal tool and is not offered as a public product or service to third parties.

2. Authorized use

The operator authorizes the tool to access his own connected accounts exclusively through each platform's official API and OAuth authorization flow, and only to perform actions the operator explicitly initiates (publishing and scheduling content). Use of each connected platform complies with that platform's developer terms, API terms and community guidelines, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Community Guidelines.

3. Content responsibility

The operator is solely responsible for all content published through the tool. All content is the operator's own original work or material he is otherwise authorized to publish, and must not infringe the rights of any third party or violate the rules of the connected platforms.

4. Platform compliance

The tool only performs the publishing actions requested by the operator and does not attempt to bypass, exceed or misuse any platform API. Access can be revoked at any time, by the operator or by the platform, after which the tool can no longer act on the affected account.

5. No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The operator assumes no responsibility for downtime, data loss, or for actions taken by the connected platforms.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
